Great experience
I’ve had a great experience with Great Resort Vacations so far. I have been able to stay in a condo in St George, It was very nice, slept 9 people and had two bunk beds! We had our friends join us and it was a blast. If you go to St George you have to go to Rusty Crab Daddy, great seafood boil. We spent most of our time doing activities at the resort, at the pool, Pickleball, Tennis and they even had mini golf. And it was way cheaper than any air bnb that we could find. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Staff
While the staff at Great Resort Vacations were generally friendly, the experience quickly turned uncomfortable due to the overly aggressive sales tactics. My fiancé and I were upfront from the beginning—we appreciated the opportunity, but it simply wasn’t something we could afford. Unfortunately, that didn’t stop them from having four different people approach us throughout our time there, all trying to close the deal after we had clearly and politely said no.
What started off as a helpful conversation turned into high-pressure sales, with emotional manipulation around “family values” used as a tactic to guilt us into signing something we weren’t comfortable with. It felt predatory.
In the end, it wasn’t worth the “free” vacation or even the $40 seating deposit refund. A disappointing and uncomfortable experience we wouldn’t recommend to others.

We have verified your attendance to one of our product presentations and budget consult. We are happy you were not emotionally swayed to buy something that didn’t feel right to you. We are aware that people are wary of a high sales environment. However, our company has strict marketing and sales conditions and we also uphold an age and income requirement for prospective members attending a presentation. We do this because we will not risk bringing in individuals who might not be ready, or might be emotionally swayed to enter an investment they can’t afford or have no need for. These requirements are self reported, however. Please understand that our business model depends on our members using their membership. We would not survive without a product that isn’t used and renewed. Had you signed up, those emotions would have carried over, much like a bad car investment. At least our membership would not come with the massive debt of a brand new car, and we would urge prospective members not to go into debt for membership. Though we do offer financing, we aim to help prospective members use the annual budget they’re already using toward travel for the total cost of one contract. With access to our inventories, people can travel more often and much better with the same budget. Membership is not for everyone, and that is okay.
We are grateful for all presentation attendees who are willing to hear the pitch with the passion our sales bring to the table. We hope you decide to use or give away the promo gift of California Adventure: airfare for 2 adults and 2 kids plus park tickets and 2 night hotel stay, as it has already been paid for. We purchase promo trips through Casablanca Express. They also require a refundable booking fee, which may be used toward taxes or any trip upgrades, such as adding additional days or attendees. Vacations
I signed up with Great Resort Vacations and honestly, I’m so glad I did. The deals you get with the membership are amazing and the concierge did a great job at accommodating to our needs for my family.
It’s a great membership to have if you like to travel and want to stay at nice places without spending a fortune. The process of booking the trips have been super smooth and easier.
I also love that all my friends and family can use the product with out me there. So i know even if i personally dont use the product for a few months , it is still being used! So I really feel like im getting my monies worth!
Las Vegas Proposal
What a time! We went to the Lover’s or Losers Game show in Las Vegas and had the time of our life –; literally! It was there that I proposed to my then girlfriend (she said yes!) and had an awesome time making many wonderful memories. The game show was hilarious, the hotel we stayed at, The Plaza, was newly renovated and the room was spectacular. I can’t say enough good things about this trip and I would do it all over again if given the chance!
Awesome packages and super cool people! Looking forward to vacationing!! My only complaint is that they should show you more of the website before you purchase and your owners education meeting. People like to see exactly what they’re paying for before they pay for it. Looking forward to using The concierge service. Would recommend

Great Resorts Vacations was a positive time, compared to the time shares that We have been to. Knowing that I don’t have to purchase a time share to enjoy nice resorts.

So there are a few reasons I’m giving this 5 stars and 1 reason that should have cost them a good review but how these people handled it was above and beyond what was expected. So First off I will say if you love to travel you should come here, honestly it is a fantastic traveling outlet (not really a travel agent as an amazing concierge service for traveling at insanely discounted prices). I do not typically buy traveling memberships (no timeshares, no skymiles, no mariott rewards etc.). Honestly though the Membership here will not only allow myself and my wife to travel far more than previously we thought possible but it also allows us to provide traveling experiences for my family. I won’t give away their whole business model but needless to say it is worth getting a prime membership at this place if you want to be travelling. There is a (in my opinion) reasonable price for buy into the membership which they span out across monthly payments and then there’s a yearly membership premium (very similar to costco but we all know the value of the membership easily pays for itself). I worked with Gregg Kessler who was a very forthright and honest individual who just needed to explain the product and I saw the value in it. It is very easy to see the value in this when you sit through their presentation and don’t worry they aren’t selling timeshares. So I normally wouldn’t have given this place 5 stars even though their product is 5 star worthy and their service is 5 star worthy simply because we had been brought in to the location under dubious marketing tactics by the person who called us. After listening to the speal and determining this was indeed a fantastic opportunity we explained to the people there what had happened and how we had been brought into the location, what we were told to do and say to get our “Free stuff”. Anyways so after we let them know Gregg immediately went and took care of the marketer who had contacted us working through management and other venues to make sure that the promises made to us were kept and exceeded in my opinion. So the company is honest and a great investment and I’d say if you have an issue with a caller saying things that the company doesn’t actually endorse let them know because they will take care of it and they will help you. I feel this product is worth every penny and I encourage anyone who likes to travel to stop in and speak with Gregg or one of the other great salespeople.

My husband and I love to travel and so offering a free trip to go listen to a sales pitch we thought why not. They are up front about not having to purchase anything, but beware if you love to travel and actually do travel, what they have to offer is amazing!!! We were super skeptical at first and it kind of felt too good to be true. I have spent countless hours online making sure I get the best deals on hotels and airlines when we travel and just hope for the best when we get there. So a service that takes care of all of that and also has deals on activities as well, really had me excited. We already were planning a trip to Florida and I had an idea of how much it was going to cost us so we asked what they could do for the same time frame and they were able to get a better hotel with a private beach for a quarter of the price so we were sold. We got our free vacation and when we went in for the presentation on how to use the service we were so surprised how much is actually offered. This truly is the only way you will be able to see the world if you truly want to travel the world.
Easy to work with. Website is very user friendly. The person who helped us with navigating the website was late to the zoom meeting after trying to get us to do an earlier time. And had a little bit of impatience with us trying to figure out some of our questions. But overall the website is easy to work on and the concierge will help as well
