By submitting media and information, I agree to the terms and conditions as follows:

I understand that photo/media contests apply only to current GRV members. I understand that membership will be verified.

I authorize Great Resort Vacations (GRV) to use photos/videos and provided info/names of myself and other subject individuals on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms, as well as any GRV profile (Google, Yelp, etc.) and GRV websites.

I authorize GRV to edit/alter, copy and/or distribute the photos/videos and submitted info in media now known or hereafter developed for use in social media, advertising, marketing, and any related promotional efforts.

I agree that by agreeing to the terms and conditions and submitting media/info, all intellectual property rights of the submitted media and provided info belong to GRV, regardless of a contestant's status.

I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of my photographs on any platform. I understand that my release is irrevocable.

Winners of photos/media contest will be notified through the contact information provided or through GRV membership records on file.

I understand that any past expression to limit/end communication between GRV and individuals entering contests, promos and/or other marketing efforts, will be void for the allowed time frame allowed within DNC rules & regulations for business relationships.

I understand GRV will not consider entries from individuals who have requested or are currently requesting to be on the GRV internal DNC list.
