Great Resort Vacation DNC Policy

At Great Resort Vacations, we value consumer privacy. As a result, we take certain steps to make sure that we comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing telemarketing and calling compliance, including by honoring requests not to receive marketing calls from, or on behalf of, us. All personnel who engage in telemarketing and other types of calling are trained on this policy, applicable call-related laws and regulations, and the following procedures before they are allowed to place outbound calls. We also take steps to confirm that relevant personnel review this policy periodically.

Further, if you do not want to receive telemarketing calls from us, or on our behalf, you may request that we place your telephone number(s) on our internal do-not-call (DNC) list. You may add more than one number to the list, and you can make this request even if you are still our customer. If you move, change your number, or add an additional number, you will need to separately add that number to our internal DNC list to prevent telemarketing calls to that number. In some cases, it may take up to 30 calendar days to remove a telephone number from our campaign lists. The internal DNC list applies only to telemarketing calls, so we may still contact you for non-marketing purposes.

Although we may ask for additional information (such as your name), we will accept your request even if you only provide your telephone number(s). We will not share the information you provide in connection with an internal DNC request with anyone except to implement your request.

If you notify us that you have received a telemarketing call from us after you request to be placed on our internal DNC list, we will investigate and personally confirm that the number is on or has been added to the list.

In addition, you may place your telephone number(s) on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission by calling Call 888-382-1222 or visiting www.donotcall.gov. It may take several weeks before you notice a reduction in calls.
