  1. Pay your reservation deposit: Once we receive your certificate, we will mail you a deposit request letter that you simply have to sign and mail back to us with your $100 fully refundable reservation deposit. You can pay the reservation deposit with a personal check, cashier's check or money order.
  2. Make your reservation: After we receive your deposit we will mail you your reservation letter with instructions to call our customer service department at 1-800-315-2065 so you can make your reservation. The reservation letter will have an expiration date one year from the date we print and mail it to you. When you call to schedule your arrival date, keep in mind that your arrival date needs to be at least 60 days away and before your expiration date. Generally, we do not have availability during major holidays, convention periods or heavy travel periods for some destinations such as spring break or Mardi Gras. After you have scheduled your arrival date with our customer service department, we will mail you a confirmation receipt showing your arrival date and destination.
  3. Talk to your travel rep: After you schedule your arrival date, we will call you and go over all the last minute details. During this call you can buy an upgrade to a resort hotel and purchase airfare at our wholesale travel agent rate (upgrades are almost always available). At this point, you can also cancel your arrival date and receive a full refund of your deposit, or you can explore other discounted travel packages. After you finalize everything with your travel rep, we will book and pay for your accommodations.
  4. Enjoy your Trip: Your travel package will be mailed at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Your travel package will include the voucher you will use to check in to your room. Your deposit refund will be mailed 30 days after your trip.

What does this certificate include?

You will receive seven nights accommodations in your choice of Atlantic City, NJ; Branson, MO; Cancun, MX; Jamaica; Las Vegas, NV; Los Cabos, MX; Myrtle Beach, SC; New Orleans, LA; Oahu, HI; Orlando, FL; Puerto Rico US; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Smokey Mtns, TN; or Wisconsin Dells, WI. This is a promotional offer so we do use economy and tourist class accommodations and the accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older. Room taxes are included.

What this certificate does not include:

Air or ground transportation, transfers, meals, or any incidental expenses like phone calls, gratuities, entertainment or resort fees payable directly to the hotel. Hotel may ask for a credit card or a deposit when you check-in to cover incidental expenses.

So what is the catch?

There really is no catch as long as you follow the instructions on the certificate. We do realize that things can happen in life, but if you are not able to follow these instructions, we are not going to be able to book you accommodations. We are not able to make any reschedules. We cannot make name changes. You can't buy or sell this certificate. You can't combine this certificate with any other certificate, discount, or special promotion. We cannot honor any other representations, oral or written. Any exceptions or special arrangements for any reason may require a fee. And that's it!!! Enjoy your trip!!!
