*UNIT CHECK-IN’S ARE ON FRIDAY’S This is a two story townhouse. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and will sleep 6 guests. One bedroom has two twins and the master bedroom has a king. There are stairs inside the unit to get to the bedrooms and stairs leading up to the main entry which is on the second floor. This unit is not recommended for families whom have a hard time taking stairs. Springwood Villas is a private community located in the South Forest Beach neighborhood on Hilton Head Island, SC Residence of Springwood Villas have access to Van Der Mer Tennis Center in Shipyard Plantation and the Players Club in South Forest Beach. Much like its sister community to the north, South Forest Beach is just a short walk to the ocean and just minutes away from the dining and shopping found along South Forest Beach Road and Pope Avenue.
