We stayed here as GRV members and fit 23 people (6 littles, 9 teens). 18 people can sleep here with actual beds, assuming kings hold 2 and the bunks hold 2. I think they were queens or full sie, but we had 2 to a bunk bed. There are bean bags that convert to queens for the floor. We also used the sectional couches. We had a lot of kids, our hole family packed in there. But it’s 3 stories and some of the families went out all day – my sister’s family did hikes and crystals stuff, it did not feel crowded except the night we decided to eat in. Anyway, would recommend, five stars.
I couldnt’ get into the gym clubhosue. Had to wait for the manager to bring a key that worked and it took a while. Other than that it was great.

This property is new. Like, reallly new. We stayed here last month with my family and decided to do another weekend with friends. Looking at the photos, they added arcade games since we were there. You can see they haven’t moved the pictures behind the games yet. Pros: there are enough plates and stuff for big groups. My family had close to 30 people if you count babies. I think it will be much different with calm friends this time. Cons: the area is really new so it seems a little barren. Plenty of parking though. Booking now.
