Travelers are responsible for all expenses not included in this offer, such as but not limited to: Airline Federal Excise Tax, Federal Security Tax, Federal Segment Taxes, Local Passenger Facility Charges, hotel occupancy taxes, other government imposed taxes, transfers, agency booking fees, fuel and cruise line imposed surcharges or any incidental expenses such as resort fees, gratuities, phone calls or entertainment. The unused portion of your tax deposit (if any) will be refunded by check approximately 14 days prior to your travel date or upon request of cancellation which can be made by calling (800) 315-2065.

This certificate is valid for international travel. Travelers are responsible for meeting all requirements of domestic and foreign customs and/or immigration and naturalization. A passport may be required to travel, visit http://travel.state.gov for more information.

Valid for up to two adults. You may cancel your travel plans and receive a complete refund of your deposit at any time prior to CBE purchasing your travel arrangements. However, if you cancel your travel plans after CBE has purchased your travel arrangements, the entire amount of your estimated taxes will be used to pay cancellation penalties imposed by CBE and/or the travel provider. If you cancel your travel plans at any time this certificate will be deemed void. Once your travel dates have been confirmed, no changes will be permitted.

We are not able to make any reschedules once we have scheduled your travel date. We cannot make name changes, you can’t buy or sell this certificate, you can’t combine this certificate with any other certificate, discount, special promotion or anything else. Casablanca Express assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two passengers traveling together using multiple certificates.

Neither the issuer of this voucher, CBE, nor any of their respective affiliated entities are responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, flight cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.

By completing the online activation you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this certificate.

VACATION REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1. Activating Your Trip: Visit ActivateMyTrip.com and login or create an account. Activate your trip using the Activation Code, Package Code, and Vacation ID on this voucher. You must activate prior to the Activation Deadline shown. Within three business days your activation will be processed, and you will be provided with a scheduling link to schedule your cruise dates in the “My Trips” section of your account on ActivateMyTrip.com. Your expiration date is 18 months from the date of activation.

STEP 2. Requesting Your Travel Dates: Using the scheduling link in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com, select an available travel date from the dates shown. A minimum of 90 days advanced notice is required, and your travel date must be before the expiration date. Generally, there is limited or no availability during major holiday weeks including President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, and certain peak periods including Spring Break, the month of July, and certain special events. You must pay the required tax deposit online with a credit card in order to complete the scheduling process. The deposit can be paid with an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. Within five business days of selecting your travel date online and paying the tax deposit, your travel date will be confirmed and shown in the “My Trips” section of ActivateMyTrip.com.

STEP 3. Finalizing Your Vacation: Approximately 45 to 75 days prior to your travel date a travel agent will be assigned to finalize your vacation. Your travel agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your deposit will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. After you finalize your vacation details with a travel agent your vacation will be booked.

STEP 4. Final Travel Documents: Approximately 14 days prior to your travel date your Final Travel Documents will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Print out your travel documents and follow the check-in instructions provided. Approximately 14 days prior to your travel date, you will be refunded the unused portion of your tax deposit, if any.

Seven Night Cruise Vacation Details

Tax deposit of $219 per person ($438 total) is required. The tax deposit will be used to pay for taxes and port charges. The excess amount of the tax deposit (if any) will be refunded prior to your cruise. Includes one cruise booking in a lower interior category 1A cabin for two adults over the age of 21. Only valid for sailing dates available through ActivateMyTrip.com. Peak and holiday sailings may have limited or no availability. Specific cabin, bedding and/or dining time requests are not guaranteed. Specific cabins will be assigned by Casablanca Express (CBE) and/or the cruise line based on availability. In order for your cruise to be booked you must complete the booking process.

Hawaii Three Night Vacation Details

Taxes are $89 per person ($178 total). Includes round-trip air transportation for two adults over 21 years of age to Honolulu and three-night accommodations in Honolulu. Flights depart on Monday or Tuesday and arrive into Honolulu (HNL) and return three days after departure date. Select flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE in its sole discretion.

Valid for departures from Boise (BOI), Denver (DEN), Las Vegas (LAS), Portland (PDX), Salt Lake City (SLC), and Seattle (SEA). Flights depart on Monday or Tuesday and arrive into Honolulu (HNL) and return three days after departure date. Select flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE in its sole discretion. Flights may involve stopovers, layovers and/or changes of plane. Generally, our promotional flights depart for your destination between 1PM and 7PM and return flights depart between 9AM and 3PM. We do not use charter flights; only major airlines are used.
